Our programs are organised into six areas. Activities are planned with community leaders and delivered with partners as resources allow.

Peace & Law and Justice

Community mediation, awareness on law and order, and support for peaceful dispute resolution across Wards 1 & 2.

Agriculture & Livelihoods

Support for family gardens, cash crops, market access and small business development.

Youth & Women Empowerment

Creating space for young people and women to participate, lead and earn a sustainable income.

Community Training

Leadership, financial literacy, digital skills and awareness sessions for households and clan groups.

Development Partnerships

Working with government, churches, NGOs and the private sector to bring services to Dumbola.

Research & Community Data

Clan, household and individual data collection to support evidence-based planning and proposals.
