About Us

A community association built by families, for families

Dumbola Community Development Association Inc PNG was established in 2012 by 12 family units of Dumbola Village.

The Association represents Dumbola Council Wards 1 & 2 in North Waghi Rural LLG, North Waghi District, Jiwaka Province, Papua New Guinea, within the wider KNK Tribe. KNK consists of 9 major clans and their sub-clans, families and households.

During the leadership period of former North Waghi MP Dr Fabian Pok and the leadership of Hon. Benjamin Mul, communities and families were encouraged to form cooperatives, associations and organized groups to participate in development and seek government support.

Many community aspirations have still not translated into tangible development. Dumbola Wan Online Service Agent is helping bridge this gap by creating the Association's digital platform, visibility and marketing strategy for partnerships, donations and development funding.

Our current goal is to create a professional digital foundation that brings together clan, sub-clan, household and individual member data, membership, development policies, strategic goals, programs, news, partnerships, research and community data in one package.

Digital Development Initiative

Dumbola Wan Online Service Agent created this digital initiative to help the Association establish its online identity, community data system and development marketing. It gives Dumbola a professional platform to present its structure, programs and needs to partners and supporters.

The Association welcomes and seeks support from KNK elites, professionals, leaders, businesses, families, friends and development partners toward an official domain, professional email, website maintenance, community data systems and future development work.
